Happy Valley sits on the county line, and plenty of listings that claim to serve it are dispatching from across the river. Our shop is on Oregon Trail Drive, minutes from Sunnyside Road, which is why we can hold a real appointment window instead of a four-hour range.
Builder locks and the keys you never got
Newer subdivisions are handed over with builder-grade hardware and, often, a construction key that half the trades still carry. A whole-house rekey brings the front door, back slider, garage side door and gate onto one key of your own. We can also upgrade the strike plates, which is usually the weakest part of a new build.
Smart locks, installed properly
We install keypad and app-controlled deadbolts and leave them working: enrolled on your network, codes set, the mechanical override key cut and labeled. If your door is out of alignment we will fix the alignment first, because a smart lock on a sagging door fails within a month.
HOA and gated access
Many streets here are behind gates or have HOA rules about exterior hardware finishes. Give dispatch the gate code when you book and tell us if your association restricts hardware color or style — we carry the common finishes on the van.
